Now public
Loxti is now public as a business communications platform. We have been using it internally since 2020, and we are opening it up to other businesses now. It was previously known as LocusVox. The product is the same, and the new name describes what it is for: connecting conversations, whatever channel they start on.
Loxti brings voice, SMS, IVR, chatbots and live messaging into one workspace, with a built-in CRM. Your team can answer every customer on the channel they chose and keep track of every follow-up.
Five ways to talk to customers
- Voice calls. A business phone your whole team can share, with a browser softphone and mobile app, call queues, hold music, transfers and call recording.
- SMS messaging. A shared team inbox with templates, contact groups, broadcasts, auto-replies and missed-call text-back.
- IVR flows. A drag-and-drop builder for phone menus, so changing how callers are routed does not need a developer.
- Chatbots and AI. An embeddable website chat widget with a flow builder, live handoff to your team, and separate development and production environments.
- Live messaging. Calls, texts and chats in one inbox, with the whole history in one place.
A CRM that is already in the conversation
Contacts, tasks, deals and leads sit in the same workspace as your calls, texts and chats, so nobody copies a number into another tool to follow up.
- Contacts and companies. Each contact's page gathers texts, calls, emails, chats, deals, notes and tasks in one timeline.
- Sales pipeline. Track deals on a board, and open a deal to edit its details, add notes and read its history.
- Leads from your website. Visitors who reach a goal in your website chat, and people who submit your forms, arrive as leads you can review, assign and turn into deals. A lead capture API and the
@loxti/leadsSDK send form submissions to a source you configure, with allowed websites, consent wording and rate limits. - Automation rules. Create a task, add a contact to a group, or alert the team when a call is missed.
Call, text and email without leaving the page
Text and email open as floating windows you can drag around and keep open while you move between contacts and companies. Up to four windows can be open at once, and a half-written message is kept when you minimize it.

Your workspace, numbers and settings stay as they are. The web app is at app.loxti.com, and the new logo and colors appear in the app. More about the platform is at loxti.com.
